Even Strokes Customer Service and Sales
Even Strokes is a small business selling motorcycle parts and accessories online but experiencing growing pains from our business growth, that is happening very fast.
We need someone to help us with the below first and foremost:
- To manage and process online orders
- To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
- Dealing with customers via phone, e-mail & face to face with a view to maximise sales and profitability
- Advising customers on technical matters.
- Ordering day to day parts required from suppliers
The ideal candidate will love motocross and have a really good knowledge of motorcycle bike parts, basically you will be the smartest guy in the room when it comes to bikes, parts and fitments. If you have good knowledge but are willing to put in the time to learn to fastrack yourself then we are able to accommodate you too, we love a go-getter! You’ll have up to date IT/admin skills and a willingness to be a key part in a small team in the South West.
There will be times when you will need to go to an event or head into the warehouse to help out in busy periods, so you need to be flexible with us as we grow.
Good IT skills and attention to detail are imperative as is a good telephone manner.
Extensive motorcycle knowledge and a desire to contribute and belong to a successful business. A go-getter who is able to communicate effectively on the phone and upsell to our customers.
Hours/days we are very flexible but we are happy for the right applicant to split their time between our warehouse and home, but we can discuss this at a later date.
Salary will be awarded based on experience/knowledge/skill not on age, gender or anything else.
